Paleoblocks.com believes that Food QUALITY will always be more important than Food QUANTITY.
By eating the foods our bodies were designed to eat we are are not only able to improve health, physical performance and better our body composition, but we will learn to eat only what our body needs, and not more.

It is our hope that we can help change the way society sees, produces and consumes food so our children have hope for a healthy future. We provide tips, information, recipes and links to the Paleo Community.

 



REMEMBER THIS: 

Basically, your meals should consist of a hunk of meat, veggies and fruits, with a bit of fat.
 
-Eat meat, veggies, nuts, seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. 

-Today’s diet is killing us. Change your eating habits to improve both your quality and length of life.


As a human race, we've gone from fit to fat! Let's make a change and go from fat to fit!

It's been my experience, that I have never felt better than when I eat 'clean' as they say. By eating these foods and not foods full of gluten, carbs and sugar we're saving our bodies from brutality on the inside. When we keep our insulin in check we're staving off the effects of Syndrome X - (cancer, heart disease, inflammation, obesity, etc.)
